Championing Community Legal Access and Consumer Protection
At Ace California Law, advocacy doesn’t stop at the courtroom door. Consumer protection and legal accessibility are part of how we practice, and our firm is actively involved in the Bay Area legal community. Our principal attorney, Allison Cecchini, Esq., serves on the Real Estate Executive Committee of the Alameda County Bar Association, helping provide ongoing forums for attorneys to network and stay current on real estate law, and supporting the committee’s affordable monthly continuing education programs led by experts in the field.
Our firm volunteers weekly at the Property Transfer Clinic, a partnership between the Alameda County Law Library and Legal Access Alameda, funded by the Alameda County Assessor’s Office. The clinic provides free one-on-one phone consultations for homeowners across Alameda County, helping them navigate the assessment process, title holding, tax consequences, property transfers, and the implications of Prop 19.
We are also proud members of the Bay Area Legal Incubator (BALI), through which we continue our mission to expand access to legal representation. Ace California Law offers services on a sliding scale, enabling clients from all walks of life to get the help they need, and we dedicate over 100 hours annually to pro bono and low bono work for those who might not otherwise afford legal representation. Learn more about BALI at the Bay Area Legal Incubator.
Our work centers on real estate litigation and foreclosure prevention — helping homeowners and property owners navigate complex legal challenges to achieve justice and security. Giving back to the communities we serve isn’t a side project for our firm; it’s a reflection of why we practice law in the first place.
