Allison Cecchini Erggelet, Esq.

Upon completing law school, Allison launched her career in law as a plaintiff-side litigator in state and federal court. Her early professional years were spent advocating for victims of unjust foreclosures and predatory lending practices, and she was engaged in litigation against some of the world’s largest banks. These cases often involved significant violations of the Homeowners Bill of Rights (HBOR), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and Regulation Z.

Following her work in litigation, she transitioned into the realm of Real Estate law. In this capacity, she has provided counsel to clients on a range of issues, such as purchase and sale transactions, commercial leasing, land use disputes, and various forms of real estate litigation. These matters often entail complex legal issues like breach of contract, unlawful detainer, construction defect, HOA litigation, boundary disputes, and zoning disputes.

To enhance her understanding and proficiency in environmental law, she is currently enrolled in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Practice Program at UC San Diego. This program provides a comprehensive understanding of one of California’s most substantial environmental laws and further equips her to serve her clients in all aspects of real estate law. She is also a member of the Alameda County Bar Associates Real Estate Committee.
